Conference packages, half-day / full-day
– bookable from at least 10 people –

In order to make planning as easy as possible for you, we have summarized various services in three conference packages (Standard, Business, Comfort). Just ask for our conference folder with all offers and prices.

included in all packages:

• provision of the conference room including W-LAN
• standard technique (1 flip chart, 1 screen, 1 pin board)
• writing utensils (writing pads, pens)

HALFDAY-PACKAGE

• half-day provision of the conference room for a maximum of 5 hours
• a coffee break (morning or afternoon) with coffee / tea, hearty or sweeter snack as well as fresh fruit
• for lunch, a plate dish as suggested by the chef (2 main courses to choose from) as well as a non-alcoholic drink 0.2l or a beer 0.3l or a glass of wine 0.1l
• two non-alcoholic conference drinks on the square*

STANDARD-PACKAGE

• all-day provision of the conference room
• in the morning a conference break with coffee / tea, hearty snack and fresh fruit
• for lunch, a plate dish as suggested by the chef (2 main courses to choose from) as well as a non-alcoholic drink 0.2l or a beer 0.3l or a glass of wine 0.1l
• a conference break in the afternoon with coffee / tea and a sweet snack
• two non-alcoholic conference drinks on the square*

* The non-alcoholic drinks on site include cola, juices, water, ginger ale, tonic & bitter lemon.
* Additional conference drinks and hot drinks will be charged at the following prices: conference drink € 2.70 each, jug of coffee € 14.00 each, jug of tea € 10.40 each.
These are billed according to consumption and billed to the organizer.

BUSINESS-PACKAGE

• all-day provision of the conference room
• in the morning a conference break with coffee / tea, hearty snack and fresh fruit
• 2-course lunch menu as suggested by the chef (2 main courses to choose from) as well as a non-alcoholic drink 0.2l or a beer 0.3l or a glass of wine 0.1l
• a conference break in the afternoon with coffee / tea and a sweet snack
• unlimited mineral water 0.75l at the place

Package COMFORT

• all-day provision of the conference room
• a conference break in the morning with coffee / tea, natural yoghurt, fruit salad and a hearty snack
• 3-course lunch menu as suggested by the chef (2 main courses to choose from) or lunch buffet can be booked for groups of 20 or more, as well as a non-alcoholic drink 0.2 l or a beer 0.3 l or a glass of wine 0.1 l
• a conference break in the afternoon with coffee / tea and a sweet snack
• unlimited large bottles of mineral water and apple juice 0.2l at the seat
